PURAL coating was developed for roofing in challenging conditions. It's one of the preferred coatings in Europe including Scandinavia region nowadays for the exterior applications. PURAL is a polyurethane based coating, which is at its best in roofing and cladding sheets. It is easy to handle in manufacturing and in installation of profile sheets. A slightly structured surface resists corrosion caused by snow and ice. PURAL has a good resistance to ultraviolet radiation. Good resistant to chemicals and an easy repainting is characteristic to Pural. It's exclusively available in Canada with RUUKKI and WECKMAN roofing systems. Pural is recommended especially for roofing where good weather resistance is required. It is also suitable for rain water systems. It has a unique feature: any surface defects which may have been caused during handling and installation can be repaired by painting.
PVDF (PVF2) is durable coating for outdoor applications, available also in metallic and pearlescent shades. PVDF (PVF2) is especially recommended for demanding outdoor applications. This coating has a good resistance to corrosion and an excellent resistance to fading. PVDF (PVF2) is recommended when durability of color and resistance to dirt are important.
